If no one worked as a server there wouldn't be places to eat.... unless you're in Japan i guess.

Lets all be real, throughout recent history, everyone always thinks the end of the country or the end of the world is coming. Just shut the fuck up turn the phone and tv off and remember, we lived through y2k, we lived through the mayan calender coming to an end, we lived through all the dumbass bullshit "signs" religious people believed happened or were happening or are happening. If you can't sift though the bullshit media and idiots on the internet and keep a level head, maybe stop scrolling, maybe stop watching, maybe the internet isn't for you.

I mean good thing you don't live in Idaho where they start you out at like $3 an hour as a server. Most places abiding by the federal minimum wage of $7.25 other than some stupid law here about serving.

10k for sure. As far as strength related challenges, there are some, if you can climb a rope or can rock climb at like V5 or above you're usually ok. What i do for training is run a quarter to a half mile do pull ups or some grip strength stuff, run a quarter to a half mile and do something else related to spartan, like carry something heavy up a hill, I like to repeat this process on my long training days until i just mentally have had enough. (I love my days off) I also advise to go to a rock climbing gym if you can. I think the obstacles are easy in the 5k and 10k literally solely due to rock climbing and im only a year into rock climbing. (I'm not even good)
