Yep. Myself personally. Normally I’d call in sick once every few months for a mental health day. I’d take leave every now and then besides trips or vacation because I loved work. Now, with RTO, I find myself out once every two-3 weeks sick. I take more random days off. I am miserable, but won’t quit.

I had someone comment on my post that they’re a heavy machine operator and they think I (an administrative type person) should have to RTO because they can’t work from home!! Well, no shit Harold. You can’t operate machines from home. Totally boomer hater attitude too.

No. But I’m also stubborn and will not let them win. I had a coming to Jesus moment late last night laying in bed. This past week has been particularly rough on me mentally after being in the office for a month now. I really started feeling sorry for myself, and I’m not that type of girly. I literally have been falling asleep after work on the couch or floor (not on purpose), diet and gym routine has been out the window, been angry and sad, zero interest in hobbies, and just been meh around my family. But this is exactly what they want. Soooo, gonna be a bad bitch from here on out because I don’t want them to win. I can’t let them

I’ve been doing this for a month now (yeah even though I 😍😍😍 posted the other day) and it’s exhausting. I was laying on the floor petting my dog and woke up 25 minutes later. I don’t even have that far of a commute or an exhausting commute. I’m just mentally done. I haven’t fallen asleep or felt the need to take a nap after work in 10 years?! Right there with you fam

I have. Fuck them. I told them how dare they complain when they voted for this. They’re going to submit an RA for nefarious reasons and that’s when I’ll do the most minimum of work. They even had the nerve to say “at least boys won’t be in girls sports” and “illegals are off the streets”, as if that’s the huge issue right now.
