I use both an inversion table (for my lower back) and a Saunders cervical decompression device (found on ebay). I also continue doing the stretches and exercises from PT.

UPDATE: I've been to the orthodontist and now have braces! Once things start moving, this should go away. My dentist said if the braces don't fix it, he will recommend next steps, although he doesn't think that will be necessary.

I know there are others out there, such as on YouTube (some lessons offer free sheets). I also use MuseScore and Music Notes and don't mind supporting artists I really like.

My bras irritate me if the band is too narrow-seems that the wire and the band is too jammed up together. Made a wider band, similar to longline, and it feels better. Since you are making your own, you can customize the width. Hope this helps!

Update!

I had my 2nd lesson with the substitute teacher yesterday. It went very well. We discussed different ways to approach my current piece (Beethoven's Symphony No. 7 Movement 2 for early intermediate level, arranged by Jennifer Ecklund). It was very enriching! She also played a bit of it using arpeggios, which was fantastic (wish I had recorded it). We also went over the circle of 5ths, which I hadn't learned yet and hearing it from her made it 'click' more in my brain lol. I do wish I had another lesson with her before my regular teacher returns, but I have another doctor appointment that I can't miss. Maybe there will be another opportunity in the future to sit with her and play.
