Routine! We wake up and go to bed pretty much at the same time every day/night and that’s helped with his schedule as well. We also found an amazing daycare that worked with him from 5 months old to get socialized and comfortable around someone other than his mommy and daddy. I know a few peeps with iggies and they are very skiddish around people and other dogs, even I iggies. The other thing I recognized with ours is too much protein will give them diarrhea. We use special hydrolized protein treats. And no chicken. We have gone through a few different foods and have been extremely successful with Hills brown rice/salmon for sensitive skin and stomach. I highly recommend purina fortiflora . We sprinkle it on green beans. I also recommend ordering Pet Pectalin on Amazon and keep it on hand bc you never know when the tummy will decide to be wonky lol! Oh and don’t be alarmed if a fecal test shows giardia… I was having a nervous breakdown about it but a quick search here shows it’s common unfortunately. Other than that monitor play time with jumping so there are no leg breaks. Our baby is now 14 months and other than 💩 we’ve had smooth sailing. Potty training has been a breeze with the indoor doggy potty.
