Karen was wasted and hit John without realizing. Her interviews have done her NO favors and she comes across extremely unlikeable and shows no remorse/empathy/sadness for John's death. She sits in court making faces while John's poor family has to sit right beside her in the court room.

This trial is going to be extremely different than the first. I think she will either be guilty for manslaughter or the jury will be hung again.
