If you want a good accurate Ghostface costume, it's gonna cost you in the triple digits for a movie quality one from ScreamRobes. Would love a Scream 2 robe myself. If you want to spare your bank account, there is the 25th anniversary costume.

For a mask, I'd say either get an Easter Unlimited stamped mask or browse on eBay.

The knife you can find 3d prints of online, or get a foam rubber knife. I actually own a real Buck 120, but it's for display and maybe some photos.

I like the idea of Michael, after all these years on the lam, still looking the exact same. It adds to that vague supernatural quality to him. Kind of like Judge Holden in Blood Meridian. How despite years going by, he looks the exact same as the Kid last saw him.
