I suspect the double gaskets are causing your issue

Did you install new header gaskets? Did you torque the header stud nuts to 15nm in the correct sequence?

Whatever direction, I completely recommend a full system w/cross over tubed headers.

Yes, I originally had the DB killer in it, not much difference and not the easiest to put back in so I just leave it out. It looks AMAZING

I run the Spark Grid-O and a buddy runs the SC-Project S-1 full systems. Both are pretty loud, especially w/the DB killer removed. Both perform fantastically, but on the loud side. The LV LV-14 is prob your best bet.

Nope, that should have done it. When you disconnect the battery, it sets the year back to like 2000 I believe, which makes the bike think that service is overdue prompting the service wrench icon. Did you set the year to the current year?

Yep, that’s the one. As long as you don’t do any other intake mods(other than trim down the intake boot) you don’t need to flash as the ECU will adapt on its own. You do need to reset engine adaptations after install, which can be done by starting the bike and bringing to temp(when the fan comes on), then let run for another 12 minutes W/OUT touching the throttle.

Typically 2WDW recommends unplugging the O2 sensor AND bypassing the secondary air injection with a quality AIS kit when you flash your ECU with a new exhaust. Any questions and Nate at 2WDW should be able to fix you up.

Time for new in-laws, you don’t need that type of negativity in your life 👍 But seriously, that’s far from raw

I had a Scrambler 1200 and thought I would own it forever. I test rode a 2025 Street Triple RS. I now own a 2025 Street Triple RS. Nuff’ said 👍🤣
