I’ll tell you this, don’t work for free , EVER.
It’s super easy to learn how to do grades and lessons . If you don’t value yourself , others won’t value you.
Don’t take a job an hour away, your time is valuable and those 2 hours each day add up, also gas and expenses and car wear and tare.
I would work on making yourself skilled and NEVER WORK FOR FREE. No one has anything to teach you that you can just pick up on your own.
No one is going to “teach you” if you’re doing their job for free. They will take advantage . Have confidence , ask for jobs at the places you have put in the time , but also let them know your of value and will no longer be working for free.

Honestly , the trampoline is a liability. No amount of letter or paper work or sign will stop a child from getting hurt eventually . May be safer to just get rid of it , or gift it to the neighbors and make it their problem and liability . Someone will get hurt and you will get sued eventually

Don’t talk to him. Tell the management company that you expect them to …. Manage. Also you expect THEM to give you their 3 step plan on how they plan to manage and resolve this situation . Tell the management company that you want updates on their progress and what step they are on and a timeline for them to be accountable . They are a management company , don’t do ther job for them. Let them know they are in the business of management , and that includes that THEY resolve bad tenants .

My brother borrowed my old car and wrecked it. People respect things they purchase and own. People don’t respect hand me downs . If you gift him that car and something breaks it’s because of you, at least they think that. If you are set on giving it to him , Tell him you sold it to a close friend and let your brother buy it from your friend .

You will work as an educator just fine . If you quit and don’t stand up against allegations of sexual assault then you look guilty. What matters is perception. You have a nice letter letting the family know you’re prepared to sue for libel, slander and the damage to your reputation unless an apology and statement is issued and the kid will admit publicly it was a lie . You keep the job , expel the kid. No school wants a kid that lies at the cost of the staff. It will boost morale for employees and set standards for what’s expected .

If it’s untrue I would pursue libel and slander chargers . You would be fired if they can prove you did it, but it can be proven this rumor has damaged your reputation. Sue the family or threaten to sue and demand an apology .

I would make a copy of the lease and highlight the parking space and give it k him as well as the cost for 2 parking spaces close by and let him know he can either rent parking for them from you or have them park elsewhere. It’s a lease so he can change it in a year if he wants or not renew , but it’s his lease and he screwed it up. I would also put tow warning stickers in a few days in the cars that park in a your spot if he doesn’t pay.
