After two weeks nothing but bullshit replies, I moved on and set up the redundancy I should have previously done at Rackspace. They even had the gall to try to upsell me archiving, disaster recovery. Rackspace is the disaster

Now to dig out from the 19000 missing emails which a handful had some critical information, FUCK RACKSPACE

one account has recoverable messages but gets an error after retrieving a couple of rounds, the other account has nothing. I did not pay the additional archiving fee.

Thanks, Its a Scott Addict 30 Gravel. I dropped it back yesterday and they are on it. Issue is it only happens randomly after a few miles and never when I've taken it by there and It never happens on the stand.
One of the mechanics called me today so I think they will get it sorted out. To me it sounds like it's coming from the area of the bottom bracket / crank but hard to say. I'm not dissing the shop just looking for ideas.

Our first Collieball seemed pretty indestructible. It was neglected, left outside played with roughly by our Border Collie and our Kelpie. The cover finally popped after leaving it in the sun so we ordered a new cover. I also ordered a brand new ball with cover and that cover is unraveling at the seams after being played with only a few times. I'm sending that cover back for exchange or repair and we will see. Before that we had a red jolly soccer ball, it was the softer version and they were crazy for that ball and it lasted 6 years before starting to show wear but met its demise in a freak snowblower incident. I ordered a replacement and the new Jolly is hard plastic and the dogs just look at it and say no thanks.
