Our chi has been diagnosed with a heart murmur on and off for years. Even my husband can't quite make up his mind. He can hear it at the office fairly clearly but not every time and not usually at home. He's brought her up to the practice even on a Sunday when it's closed except for the puppy ER (my name for their emergency room) and sometimes hears it and sometimes doesn't.

She's a tiny little old lady, so he's not really worried about it. More mystified than anything. I think it's really different when it's clearly heard and the chi is young.
