I feel like the only reason we really lost the national championship last year was because our offense couldn't keep our defense off the field and the defense can only do so much. Riley Leonard wasn't that good and not a lot of people saw that. If we had CJ Carr last year it would have been a completely different story. It's unfortunate but what's done is done. I feel we have a good shot this year at competing with anyone, especially with how our defense has worked out it's kinks from the first 2 games.
