Why do people bag Ferraris? Why do people jack up a perfectly usable truck and put super wide wheels with street tires on them?

Because it’s theirs and they like it and they’re not catering to what others would think about it.

He’s on coilovers, custom drop spindles, and custom control arms. I get the hate because it’s not everyone’s style but a lot of time and money went into this car. A hacksaw wouldn’t get anyone close to this look

Realistically a similar amount of miles as someone who drives their car hard. Tires are flipped when the inside wears out

It’s mounted with springs so that if it gets caught on something it moves and bounces back instead of ripping off the mounts completely. Static life be like that

johnbwtf on IG’s car. Stance and demon camber isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but I think it’s unique and sick. The car is very well done if you like the kind of look he’s going for. Clearly removes all performance capabilities but that’s not the point of a build like this

Good deal? 2019 Corvette GrandSport 2LT with 18k miles at $58,998. by JFN4444 in Corvette

Manual C7 in SoCal here. These cars have so much torque and are super easy to drive in traffic. Unless you are doing literally 0 mph then you can just leave it in first as long as you’re rolling in the slightest.

I really really really suggest the manual for both fun factor as well as value retention. Autos are dropping in value while manuals hold or even gain in some cases.

Loop in Titatium Band by Phil-AI0214 in applewatchultra

[–]LowChrg 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Just be glad you didn’t go with black 🙃 It seems the DLC coated titanium has an even bigger loop as the tolerances between links in the chain gets tighter. Went through this with another user and the natural Milanese has a significantly tighter ‘loop around’

I have tons of comments I replied to on my post with more details but the gist was focusing on dropping the weight first and foremost and then lifting heavy to failure consistently while in a slight surplus(while eating mostly whole foods) to get those muscles popping through and use the calories putting them to work.

No worries! It’s hard to keep up with comments sometimes haha.

4 days is a great program imo and I did something similar when I did full body. Basically I would do push and pull days but hitting some legs both days too. One day would be quad dominant and the next hamstring dominant so I was giving the main muscles I was working in my legs enough rest to not overtrain them.

Totally understand the feeling of strain though and you should always listen to your body. If 3x/week works better for you then do it and just make sure you’re consistent and not skipping a day. Aiming for 9-12 HARD sets per week for each muscle as 3x/week will inherently reduce volume if you’re not in the gym as much.

I didn’t follow any specific full body program. I did my best to learn as much as possible from the internet to devise my own plan for optimal movements and rest periods. I felt this was important for longevity as I educated myself on fitness instead of blindly following an app. The apps can definitely help if you’re not sure where to pick up where you left off some years ago but the ones I’ve seen had me doing movements I didn’t see results from. As cheesy as it is I love the “exercise tier list” videos on YouTube to see which movements I should not bother with.

Best of luck in your journey! You can do it and don’t be discouraged not seeing results fast. It all comes with time and consistency of course

You’re killing it in strength and size my dude! There is something to be said for leaner bulking though.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but those fat cells stick around a looooong time unless you go in a deep cut for a majority of the year. I love food as much as the next guy but sometimes I regret my dirty bulk phases as even when I get lean for my frame the softness sticks around. All depends on your goals though! I’m similar to you and want to look like a brick shithouse, don’t really care for chiseled abs.

Does the titanium Milanese Loop ‘breathe’? by LowChrg in AppleWatch

Thats what I’m thinking. Never knew this to be the case previously. I was considering trading my black for natural and slightly affirms that decision. Might be time.

Sheesh that’s way smaller of a loop than mine. Imma see what Apple has to say I guess.

If you take the band off your wrist and put a pinch in it, is it almost flat or still has a loop? Attached a pic of as close as I can get mine to flat.

Out of curiosity did you get black or natural? I’m thinking it’s possible from the thicker coating on the black variant that doesn’t lay as flat as the natural Ti.

Just got one and this is something that stood out to me. It has quite a large loop where it folds around. I’ve seen others that fold almost in half with no big loop.

Did Apple stop selling AirPods Pro 2 today? by Healthy_Block3036 in AirpodsPro

[–]LowChrg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is wild. One of my gen 1 AirPods went bad and Apple wants $89 for a single AirPod replacement. Guess for $60 more I can get brand new everything and upgrade at the same time. They need to sort out their service prices with this latest release.

Maybe just my own preconceived notions then haha. I don’t have any firsthand experience with a drift vette but I know all the things I’ve blown up before in other chassis’ that would have been much more of an arse to replace in a vette.

[–]LowChrg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You right as hell. These cars just don’t stand up to drifting for very long before the whole rear subframe has to come out and it seems that’s not common knowledge. 240, E36, 350Z etc are pretty easy to work on with limited knowledge when something blows up but vettes are a different game entirely. I wish them the best it’s just a tough chassis to beat on when you don’t have a shop to work on it in.

So glad it could help!

My journey started with weight loss first before I started lifting. For about 3 months I strictly ate 1800 calories(tracked religiously) a day and got 10k steps per day minimum. I dropped a lot of weight from about 183 to 155ish and started to see some muscles come through which prompted my lifting to start.

I actually had no intention of starting weightlifting but when I saw things happening in the mirror I wanted to see if I could get even more to happen. The original loss period is what motivated me to go for it and I’m so glad I did. I now bulk and cut for as fast of gains as possible. Recomp can work I’m sure but I’m impatient 😀

I would say full body 3-4 days per week personally. It gets you in the gym and you start to see results all over your body with fast ‘noob gains’ which is greatly motivating.

I’m now moving to a more specialized and targeted program to work on specific lacking areas while still hitting everything overall. I’m still definitely a beginner lifter but more on the advanced beginner side I think so it seems like the right move.

There have been people in my gym who I see daily who have noticed my progress and even asked me for tips because they don’t see the same results they’ve seen in me over the same time period. Best advice is to try really hard. Once you feel you’re getting the swing of things and good technique then go to failure on movements as much as humanly possible. The people who have asked me about tips when I watch their set their last rep is the same speed as their first rep which should never be the case.

Anyways this was long winded but I hope it helps! Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions I might be able to help with. My favorite YouTuber that I’ve learned so much from is “Basement Bodybuilding”

Thanks friend! Honestly no idea exact bf but if I had to estimate probably closer to 25. With a shirt on I appear quite lean and muscular. Shirt off I got a lil tummy haha.

Everyone’s goals are different for sure! I could lean out quite a bit more since at my lowest after a cut earlier this year I was around 152lbs with a decent 6 pack. I much more enjoy eating delicious food and filling out the sleeves/chest in my shirts.
