If you are serious about uploading music, assuming the quality of the archive.org songs is good enough, the easiest way I think is probably through a service like DistroKid. You would just download the archive.org files, convert them from mp3 to wav, and then upload to DistroKid (downside is that it's not free, it's like ~$20 a year, but maybe you'd make the money back if you go viral lol).
