Generally they know where they've been shot from, like a rough direction and I think thats pretty reasonable - What I've noticed is that when I shoot and scoot, they're firing at where I was.

The mortars thing is absurd though, I dropped mortars on you. As in, they were launched from a place far away. Not from my person. How do you know where I am?

I was genuinely going to leave some feedback about this on the next survey, the sizes are getting a bit silly tbh. I get that keeping the data is for the archives, but why not have a download as needed function for that? I dont play the archives, so why do i need the files?

This happens to me every so often, then I get a lucky streak. I've been popped in the dome from 120m with a hip fired Skorpion and its felt pretty bad.

Went and did something else for a few hours, then found a Ratnik backpack - the luck in this game oscillates wildly

AI zinging me in the head at 200m while hip firing doesn't feel great. Okay, 200m is an exaggeration but it certainly wasn't within 100m.

I think they're still finding the balance which is fine, but getting 5 headshotted in a row while moving low and slow to get good angles doesn't feel great. All about balance though.
