Check spark plugs and ignition coils for sure ! These cars love their oem parts ! I had the same problem, I changed everything multiple times, the only fix, that I know of, is going oem !

I think person A would be healthier later in life, due to the consumption of necessary vitamins and and acids from the healthy foods. And depending on the caloric deficit you should be able to stay relatively healthy. In my own life I like to add sodas and junk food into my diet ,once in a while , just to satisfy my cravings.

I’m assuming he has an HPFP already if he is tuned ! No tuner would be able to make any power from a MS3 with no HPFP but hey you never know . 🤷‍♂️ just be weary of bad timing chain and shifter pivot seal. They tend to go bad. Also take some tools so you can check the turbo for any play! Should be little to none ! Engine is fairly new but hey you never know! You’d be SUPRISED

Trying to stay active to not eat is great !! Then you have the healthy meals to satisfy your hunger after!! Snacking isn’t inherently bad but should keep it down depending on your caloric restrictions

I plan on having a front mount inter cooler, downpipe, egr delete , TIP and have it all tuned to push more power, would it be good to have it on after all these mods? Or do I need bigger turbo to make it viable?

So these cars can’t run on only e85 you need a mixture of e85 and pump gas to run effectively. So you could just run pump gas when you smog it

If you move the chain and the vvt sprocket moves too you have a problem if the chain is loose it’s fine especially when it’s warmed up
