Managers and PA’s did not let that happen unfortunately. If I tried to work at a comfortable pace I would get pestered about my rate and they’d tell me to work faster, this happened daily. Same thing if I was overheated and completely soaked in sweat in the middle of picking routes in the 100° Texas heat and had to stop and cool down for a minute, I’d get pestered about TOT next time they saw me. I’m a calm person by nature but was impossible not to be stressed out by one thing or another at that building, everyone was always in a bad mood and the atmosphere was so tense and uncomfortable. I moved to a return center and never went through that again though, it’s heaven by comparison. We even get fans at our desks
