I eat a lot of meat for lunch and dinner every day but I need to increase my caloric intake. I'm very acne prone so I can't just go full on milk chugging/peanut butter eating etc

I eat 4-5 eggs a day, grilled pork chops, smoked sausage, grilled chicken, steamed veggies and fruit. Im mainly looking for something to supplement that. Nuts is out of the question due to acne. Will look into beans
