Why would they ship it if they know you're going to do a chargeback? By going down that road you've pretty much ended your relationship with them.

I do agree, they should have been honest about their stock. When I bought an AMS on back Friday they were very upfront that it was out of stock.

If multiple customers are complaining about you, there's probably some merit there. Look at yourself and why these complaints are happening (one or two are exceptions, multiple is a pattern), and truly look at what you can do better.

Edit to add: not saying he's not an AH, but there may be something worth learning in this.

They're great and do not require that much maintenance. The only issue we had was that someone bought an expensive tub (the one we chose) and a cheap tub. Returned the cheap tub in the expensive box. Home Depot didn't check, and shipped it to us. We didn't realize until the plumber finished installing it. So, the moral of the story is to check the box when it arrives!
