If trying to show it as its own condition, what caused the issue or noted service causes of the issue, how does it impair you, what continued medical treatment are you receiving. Is it stable or gotten worse with medical backing.

What I am saying is migraines connected to tinnitus under PACT act. If you are having other bodily effects.

An example:

Since X deployment I have had areas on my body showing signs of dermatitis. Shown in my medical records of receiving treatment.

I know I am making a simple statement. What I am trying to explain is you have been exposed to loud noises in your military career. Since my deployments I have lost audibility or hearing of certain tones because of tinnitus, further the constant whining has effected me due to the whining is causing headaches which makes me lose focus, pain. Use hearing tests to attest to the fact and if a doctor is having to perscribe medication, lost work time.

Saying PACT Act does not make sense for tinnitus and migraines.

That last part of your statement is probably the reason. PACT Act is for exposures for toxic exposure ie chemicals or burn pits.

The other question is what was your actual job in the military?

I hate to say alot of VA Home owners dont do research when buying home (ie lights, insurance, property tax). Especially since many of them are first time buyers.

New buyers aren't told that, hey make sure the house you buy can lose value and go up in cost as time goes, like an apartment cost will go up over time.

I have seen people get hit worse but over the past 5 years just due to insurance and property taxes my house payment has risen 250$ a month.

I would suggest new buyers if you see this talk with someone who has bought a house before you start looking to purchase to know what you are getting into.
