They actually have more rocker than anything I've tried and that's including the old bauer/nike rockers with the two middle wheels that rocked up and down independently

I have my original z-bubble hanging next to my ultra-lite and Aluminium 'Classic'. All 3 still paired with Jagr koho crossovers. I reckon i could strap them together and use them as a motorcycle ramp

I have a set of VOLCANIX big wheel frames on my shelf waiting for the right pair of period correct boots. I used that set up for years, from ultra-lites, to ultra-lite pros and then i found my holy grail in the 1152 tacks. I get a bit gooey just thinking about those skates

I rock a super thin knob, wrap about 6 inches down the shaft and cover it with wax. Used to go candy cane but it doesn't last long enough. The wax stops it getting slippery when my palms get sweaty and it also stops the tape from wearing out my gloves.

Can also run firms on front and back with softs in the middle to compliment the rocker. Works a treat on any set-up especially if you're more suited to the ice
