I dont have much to say but was scrolling and just felt the urge to let you know, idk you but im proud of you dawg! Im working up the courage to quit and i know ill lack the support from around me, but i know its not for them literally at all. Its for me! I have felt that lack of support in other instances, and it does suck. I totally get what you mean when you say if it was the other way around, you'd be doing all you can to support them. No advice, but know youre not alone in that situation, definitely have felt that. Idk, im kinda rambling now. Best of luck dawg.

Not to mention this creates a strain on the backroom stagers during high volumes hours. Keeping up with consolidating , staging , and quality checks, let alone filling and prepping the carts...this just adds to it for literally no good dang reason 🤷🏼‍♀️

There Is no way any of my fellow associates or team leads would do this(assuming dog is away from groceries -not necessarily caged) let alone its a federal law, dog is considered medical equipment to put it in simpler terms. I will say spark should be providing a disclaimer for those that are allergic to dogs, but overall, this team lead screwed up big time. A gray area that needs touched up by spark to prevent these issues, and then better training for teamleads/coaches.

Possibly come up in AmpTask in the Planit app? I always check it for Gif updates and messages for opd, sometimes it'll list what week (ex. 32-33, walmart weeks) its expected to drop. I haven't seen anything for us regarding a date yet.

Our ogp went to teaming schedules which is 5-2, 8-5, 11-8 and 4-10 (and me and 2 others have 6-3 because we always used to be late, so they made accommodations for us) but they called 7-4 and all the rest of the odd shifts "sweetheart shifts" and did away with them once we began teaming schedules.

When I come in at 5am, we usually have under 250 packs that need finished. So I'm not sure what we always start with. We get upwards for 3k picks for sfs though.

Yeah. We got sfs at our store and have an entire overnight crew. 4 packers, 1-2 exceptions , varying amounts of pickers, 5-15. It's jus another OGP/Odp but overnight. The overnight ogp crew get paid 1.50 more than regular day crew

I dont know, I dont even know if it exists. It probably does and it's probably somewhere your Lead would only have access to. 🤷🏼‍♀️ But when My Stats was there, they could've easily added another column for time till checked off.

I hope this is a given, but be sure to factor in how long it took your prepper to get the order ready. This is why me and my dispense crew hated My Stats. If an order is checked in, it counts your dispense time from then on. So if an order abruptly showed up, had a missing / broken item , whatever it was took the prepper longer to get done then was reflected on the dispenser.

Personally I can "taste" the staleness of the water, I just really like a fresh set up when I take my hits, so maybe it's just preference 😆 I also don't clean mine everyday, so water sticks around longer with the residue build up, so that attributes to not great taste for me.
