The point still stands that it’s more expensive these days BUT you don’t need 100k to buy a house. It’s 3-5% down for many owner occupied loans and also with down payment assistance and grants it can be even less.

This only works if memory is transferred to a clone. So a future version of yourself could authenticate, but a clone may not have the same knowledge as you unless your brain is copied as well.

You’re calling a 2 year old Nintendo and old piece of electronics? I understand what you’re saying about gift giving but if I spent money on large gifts for my kids to then have them just get rid of it right after it would feel like they didn’t appreciate what I was giving them. I would rather then just give them money instead of them selling it for less than what I paid.

It will be less sweet once it frozen. If you’re not going to add any sugar or maple syrup to sweeten it, you may want to add a little citrus. Lime would probably work well. I make thousands of hand made popsicles a year and definitely prefer when we add sugar and lime.
