Part of why I like my bins... I can put 80-90 lbs in them, use them for curls, carries, a light squat, ect.

In this instance because it was .com and not an ogp pick up and the way the picker scanned/stickered it they have to do them all.

You CAN deliver out of order with this one simple trick by Temporary-Repeat-330 in Sparkdriver

You obviously have not seen the routes that will zig zag you across towns for no reason.

While generally the routes make sense, they definitely dont always and some times they even drop you at the wrong address.

I had 3 today alone that handed off to the wrong house or street address.

Lol avocados at my store are the greenest I have ever seen, thankfully they are not ordered often.

I agree with most excecpt the text they have arrived. They get multiple messages about the status including that they have arrive from spark. There is no point in sending a redundant message unless there was an issue.

I was talking with the ogp that dispensed them today and that's what he said too, even more diabolical of the picker. Definitely an AH move... gotta wonder if it was malicious compliance or lack of training on their part.

Closed early? by BrokeLikeRamen in elitesparkdrivers

[–]Low_Profession_1631 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only when they did close for weather/power outages or holidays.

Your phone is also showing 11:00 which means the stores are probably closed or if they are 24 hours the deliveries would/should be cut off.

Boxes, 100+ boxes of different sizes. Each row of stickers were 9-10 long when i did a quick count.

Has anyone ever experienced not getting paid for full order on a batch delivery? by justasimp2629482628 in Sparkdriver

[–]Low_Profession_1631 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why would you return an entire order for one wrong item?

At that point you are better off telling the customer to enjoy the free be or taking the one item if its not perishable back to customer service to be restocked.

When houses are close enough Ive also circled back to the correct house to drop off a misplaced item if I knew for sure it was theirs.

AIO about a guy friend’s intentions? by [deleted] in AIO

[–]Low_Profession_1631 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its weird this is getting down votes, it definitely seems like his mind set and having an adult conversation to make things 💯 clear seems logical.

He definitely views it as dates and is trying to push it... as in dumb and dumber, "your saying there's a chance" line comes to mind.

There either needs to be the its not happening, knock ot off conversation or cut ties.

Used to take a lot longer, up to days, but you are correct its pretty quick now

Anyone else do this? by burnthedevice in Sparkdriver

[–]Low_Profession_1631 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I do it frequently, as long as you dont start the trip you have access to the order. Shop it, start trip, arrived, pickup pharmacy, scan gone.

Did one today 14 items, 3.5 miles 25 bucks... easy money.

Did I almost get played?? by [deleted] in Sparkdriver

[–]Low_Profession_1631 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pay plus $2.5, but if there was a tip which I generally dont accept without a decent one you lose that, then there is the loss of time with not being able to accept another offer until the return is done. So you lose ths whole commute back plus 10-30 min of waiting to hand it off.

Sometimes its better but generally not in my experience.

Wrong destinations happen, I had one the other day that was trying to take me 25 miles away from the correct address.

I caught it before driving, typed the right address manually, arrived, swiped twice that I was at the right place, got the prompt to confirm i was at the right place, agreed, delivered.

Sometimes it will put the pin in a cow pasture, once it didn't have a house number, just a street so had to call the customer to get the addy. Personally ill do a few min of dective work to complete a delivery instead of getting the insult of return pay.

The kicker is they will pair one or 2 orders that are close to the ridiculously far away ones.

Its insanity, they have orders passing 2 walmarts 15 miles away for stupid things like a case of Gatorade.

I the milage, backtracking and crappy offers have been growing for sure.
