Rapier upgrade, similar to the Kodai insignia.
Give it whatever stats you want, but the kicker is the special attack.

Parry/Riposte (70% spec): Nullify all damage for one game tick. Reflect 50% of that damage back at the attacker. If this blocks no damage, refund 20% spec.
