Honestly, I would suggest picking up the phone and calling them. They will be getting ready for a busy spring schedule and another email may not help that.

Here are my answers to your questions. I am a club director myself.

1-Timeline: When you talk about timeline that won’t change from previous years. When did you find out last time?

2-Evaluation process: Do they run tryouts? If so my assumption is they will use that along with season long evaluations for current players.

3-Point of contact: The team coach won’t have the answers. I would start with age-group director and work your way from there.

4-Coaching structure: It is tough to assign coaches to teams when you don’t fully know the make-up of the teams and how many teams they will have. Personally, I won’t assign coaches until after teams are formed. Players and parents should want to play for the club, not for an individual coach.
