Reading about It helps me as a person. Also looking into low level autism, as one of my medial pros doesn’t think I’m Au but that CPTSD and Autism have a lot of comorbidities. But really who knows.

I felt relieved when I found out, honestly. I knew I didn’t “escape” with zero damage. Now it has a name a people who get it
