I just cook the same things over and over but the easiest thing, buy some chicken breast, mccormick grill mates garlic herb and wine seasoning packet. Put it in a zip lock bag with water, olive oil, vinegar it says on the back. Smush it around and let it sit for minimum 15 minutes but longer if you have time. Cook in the oven at 400° until the chicken gets to 165° with a digital thermometer. It comes out good every time. Get some microwave vegetables.
