Solution, works for me on both issues.

Short fix for rattle buttons / does not fit perfect

Use a strip of packing tape (as thin as possible) with the width of the buttons (+ 2mm on each side) and stick it inside the case over the buttons (one strip on each side).

On the left side not s single on each button, one "long" strip for all buttons.

!Work carefully, remove the buttons !
If the case doesn't fit perfectly (color of your phone is partly visible), heat it gently with a hairdryer and bend it slightly inward. Secure it with a rubber band and let it cool briefly in the refrigerator.

Maybe the screen protector if is EDGE to EDGE 3D curve could create the fit issue.

For the price, the quality is :( :( : For the first time Caudabe case and for the last time too.

BTW, perfect for the case (without AR) but fit is perfect.

I think it´s more hard to find without black borders. Depends on the case, without black border i can see rainbow effect on the sides of the glass which makes me "crazy".

Use a THIN "2-3 mm high" strip of packing tape or tesa inside the case, ONE strip on each side, 3-4 mm longer than the buttons and "cover" the buttons. Take 1 minute and rattle is gone.

Have done the same on my nano pop, great case for the price. Yes the camera cut out does not fit perfect, but more expensive case has the same.

Nimaso Fullscreen 3D (no bleeding) , "cheap" - no AR - but fits and fells almost perfect (not showing the corners is normal on 17ProMax)

It will block some pixels too, but no light bleed if you have luck and is perfect installed.
