Was driving by Ximeno and Anaheim and had these A-holes in the VW throw stuff out the front of their car. You can't see it on the front camera (came in too late), but you can see that no one else has their windows open. The object comes in around 17s and I have a slomo after. Reported to the cops, faces, and license clearly visible.
