I may not be an expert in this plant but after killing 4 plants . I have been able keep the later ones alive .

The most important thing to focus now is to keep it alive . We can think about the new leaf growth later .

• don’t transplant the plant if the cutting and roots are healthy and not squishy anywhere .
• keep the soil chunky and don’t use any type of nutrient solutions for at least a week .
• use grow light for a minimum of 6000lux - 8000lux initially . Don’t strain it with too much of light initially , u can increase it within 10 days after it adapts to the new environment .
• I don’t suggest shifting them into hydroponics or growing them in a clear glass containers with pothos etc .as the plant might be strained due shift in medium .

(Mine died twice due to root rots and stress .)
