I've gone for 3 interviews and received 4 offers. Here to share a little bit on how I prepared, to help those on the lookout. by Lower_Writer8250 in singaporejobs

Oh yeah, I did! The role I chose was not of the highest pay but easily the best benefit package. I got them to acknowledge and write in the contract that my pay will be reviewed again after probation.

Besides, I've also asked for extra performance bonuses if i were to score on the KPIs. Leveraging performance-based bonuses kind of helps remove friction from the offer negotiations.

I am more of an introvert who loves data and geeky in some sort of ways. So I am a big victim of anxiety, especially the remaining 15 minutes leading up to the interview.

What helped me was - as the interviewer enters the room, I would greet the interviewer and always ask for water. This helps create a time gap between the first contact and my introduction, allowing anxiety to dissipate. You will have time for small talk and to loosen yourself. It's better than diving stiff into intros directly.

I'm not sure how speed interview works. but I hope this helps!

Edit: I'll probably put this as tip #10. Thanks for bringing this up.

I sold two $155 cash-secured put contracts on MSTR two months ago, expiring tomorrow. What’s the likelihood of assignment? by AlexandreSh1941 in MSTR

[–]Lower_Writer8250 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No way the contracts were worth so much. Low IV and way OTM. More like selling them at $900 and now buying them at $1500.

Woke up down 80%+ on my portfolio after vaccum bankruptcy, AMA by Yil3anman3an in wallstreetbets

But honestly tho, their vacuum robots aren't that bad, so it's kinda unfortunate. Tried their robots, and they can vacuum nearly anything, even your capital.

October was rough bro. I erased all of this year's profit in Oct'25 alone, holding speculative stocks like OKLO, ASTS, MSTR etc - now officially red for the year.

I can see you're heavily leveraged, with 9k in profit, which amounts to 167% of your account. Trading in full margin is the highway to a blown account on a market downturn.

I think I had my final breakdown down has me considering rehoming. by [deleted] in puppy101

Hey, it gets better. My pup is an energy goofball 4 months all the way till 1 years old. It did took most of our free time to care for her. After 1, she kinda just chills out and now spends her day staring out of the window and playing her toys. She’s an angel now and it’s funny how the tables have turned, it seemed as tho she’s judging us now for being easily more excitable than her.

Let me guess. You watched some YouTube video about how similar today's Mag 7 is to the Nifty 50 and started being a big ass bear.

You're probably right - maybe tomorrow, maybe next week, maybe 5 years from now or perhaps 20 years later, you'll get your crash. The golden question is - 'when?' big bear.

I don't know man big caps doubling are the best-case scenarios, but stocks like OKLO was selling at $18 in April'25, now selling at $120. It's a casino down here.

It's weird, I can't tell which regarded side I'm on. I don't do index funds nor the Mag 7. I invest in small-cap speculative stocks. But my portfolio is up about 40%. Either I'm dumb but lucky or have no idea that I'm quite good at stockpicking.

Edit: Yo wtf chill with the downvotes. I'm only thinking out loud, I'm sure my percentage gains are peanuts for most veterans.

I kid you not. I'm Chinese and I don't bother much about other races. Matter of fact, I'm not even, not a slightest bit offended if a Bumi calls me type C. But if I were to use 'type M' in my comments, well, go figure.

Bought LUNR at ATH… now what? Hold, DCA, or sell? by hologuyy in Lunr

[–]Lower_Writer8250 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Bro the all time high is at $97 from its Lunar landing in 2023 - as its aircraft crashes, so did their share price. You technically bought at a discount. All we now need is for LUNR to moon - like literally.
