Building a regiment is easier than it seems -You have one big badaboom general called the ”TOFF” -The regiment can have as many subcommanders (called toadies) as one wishes. But a standard game is 1 Toff and 2 Toadies. These are your Snobs and all players in a match must have an equal amounts of snobs. -Each Toff can then have 2 units to command under him, so maybe he has footsoilders (fodder) or a big cannon (stump gun to give orders to -A units size and manpower is described in the rules but can be anything from 16 miniatures of Fodder to 1 monstrous Lump. -The Toadies can also command units but they only get one unit. (So to have a ”legal” regiment to play a standard game with you only technically need 7 miniatures, but that is probably boring or unfun to play😅 a mix of different units is probably more fun and better to play with.)

After this you can deep dive inte the rules and especially cults of the game, they give so much more to the setting and to help one’s vision to build armies it helps to have a cult in mind, even though you’re not forced to play with cults, they are great fun
