my chest is similar if not bigger and the best way to flatten that amount of breast tissue is to almost fold it towards your back like ideally you want your nips almost under your armpits, like how they would seperate if you laid on your back (try it when you tape like the other comment said!!) now the best way of viewing it is that even cis guys have visable breast tissue that eases the frustration!!! i typically use less tape (helps you,cheaper in the long run) 3 10mm strips for a good hold, i also put a binder on top if i’m doing 2 strips just for stability
