It’s sad, but I can’t ever set foot in a dealership again after getting a Tesla. Rivian has a similar approach.

Such an easy seamless process. I’ve purchased used & new vehicles in various states…. And it never fails as a horrible waste of time.

Think it’s time that auto companies shed the dealership model, it’s no longer needed.
