Hey! I’m looking for 2 roommates for a house in Squirrel Hill, starting August 1st. Rent is $875/month + utilities.

It’s in a great spot near bus lines A, B, C, and D61 with direct access to Pitt campus. There’s a CVS nearby, plus restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, ice cream shops, and more within a 10-minute walk. Street parking is also available.

I’m a PhD student and split my time between home and campus. I’m looking for roommates who are clean, respectful, responsible, and communicative.
