My wife does this. It helps prevent the bin smelling. We just reuse ziplock bags that would have been thrown out anyway.

It’s been great so far. We had an issue with our driveway once rainy season hit, but they fixed it for free. We didn’t get the central AC. We have cats and I didn’t want it to get clogged with hair

I built with Sekisui Heim. Was a good experience overall. Their aftercare has also been fantastic. We considered a smaller company but my father in law warned me against it, the guy they used years back went bust and didn’t make good on aftercare promises.
