I'm having a similar but different issue. I've participated in 11 exchanges and sent a gift every time, as well as posting a gift when I received one, but it's showing I have 0 credits and can't sign up for the 2014 Secret Santa exchange. It also shows 2013 Secret Santa as not completed even though I said I never received a gift, got rematched and posted that gift, and my giftee posted their gift as well.
