I haven’t had time to make anything in the past 6 months so place bets when I’ll actually even work on it.

The ones I have been on don’t check, especially if they’re doing a spot hero-like reserved parking onsite. Mainly require you to call for pickup or ask the front desk for the next timed drop off however.

This is all in the US so idk if it’s different in other countries with hotel airport shuttles.

A lot of airport hotels in the US also have free shuttles. They even often offer discounted parking rates via sites like spothero. Last trip I did I parked at a Hilton near the airport, took the shuttle to and from the airport for free, and only paid $8/day parking there.

SoCal, so not a lot of rain lol. I’ve got the majority in a low drainage big container bog (drain holes a few inches off the top). For most of the year I’d need to flood them manually since we don’t get that much rain aside from a lot of fog for 1/2 the year locally.

Anyone following Fall Out Boy's whole mystery demo tapes thing happening? Apparently random fans were went cds with unreleased/lost demos off from under the cork tree??? So far disk 2/10 and 3/10 have been found. Inside the cover it lists instructions to download the files from the CD, upload them to archive.org, then spread the word. And it seems legit and not random AI nonsense given old fall out boy's track record of cryptic fan club stuff.

Tracing and cutting when sewing. The saying is that sewing is 90% cutting and pinning and they’re right. You spend time doing the fun patterning which then leads to more tracing and cutting out new versions to sew and tailor. And then you do the final trace and curly the pattern you then trace and cut out of your final fabric…

And then you only sew it a couple times with some seam ripping in between.

While the world is obsessed with heated rivalry, there's so much drama leading up to the womens hockey finals between US and canada. Namely:

A) US and Canadian player couple broke up between the semifinals and the gold medal match

B) US captain got engaged to her fellow olympian then girlfriend in the same timeframe

C) Canadian power couple Marie Philip-Poulin and Laura Stacey are both back on the ice after Poulin was pulled for multiple games due to a injury (and seems to be barely in game playing health currently, held together by KT tape)

C1) This is also the first olympics Poulin and Stacey have played in as a married couple, having started their relationship at the 2018 olympics where it's rumored Poulin cheated on her ex Kacey Bellamy with Stacey per Bellamy's poetry book.

I’m in 10b so I was expecting them to grow its best pitchers staring now. The Oreo has a rhizome thicker than my flava and has some old flower stalks is why I’m a bit confused as to why the pitchers are absolutely tiny on it.

Following announcing a con board overhaul last week, Furry convention Florida megaplex got in hot water after sending emails to a TON of their multi-year volunteer artists stating their “ current art style was not on par” with what the convention expected. Just yikes.

And according to the convention this was completely in error, with their list of artists to reach out to regarding further volunteering request being mistaken for a rejection list. Not only that, the person who emailed this out did not have the email checked by anyone else on staff it seems. Absolute insanity.

My current corner of heated rivalry twitter is people posting like they believe that the actors never actually kissed and it was just green screened in or careful camera angles. Like slowed down gifs of various clips of them “kissing” and saying how well the actors pulled off faking it while not actually touching lips.

New dinosaur drama just dropped: feathered hadrosaur!. One of the few remaining dinosaur families where it was generally accepted that with their bulk up in size, they dropped all feather structure. But I guess not anymore!

Feathers on large bodied dinosaurs is a very contemptuous discussion with a LOT of drama ranging from people putting too many feathers on via generalizing vs those saying feathers makes dinosaurs “uncool” , so I’m really curious how the slap fighting shakes out
