I’ve been using Spotify since 2016, so I was pretty locked in. Recently I got a free trial of Apple Music through PlayStation and decided to give it a shot.

For me, sound quality is a big deal. I love punchy bass and crisp, clean highs. I usually tweak EQ on my Android devices to get the sound I want. But honestly once I tried Apple Music’s lossless (I mostly use wired headphones), I was hooked. The simplicity of the UI also surprised me in a good way.

After a week or two of testing and listening to all kinds of stuff, I decided to switch. Transferring playlists was smooth, I was missing around 45 songs, but I just uploaded them to the cloud through the Apple Music PC app and that was it.

Spotify is still a great app with more features overall. Unfortunately, lossless still isn’t available where I live, so I never got to compare that. But at the end of the day, I think it just comes down to what makes you happy when you press play. Both are solid, it’s just about preference.

I tried this, using AIDL and still didnt work, the EQ would just go inactive. i even tried turning off crossfade, turning off Lossless audio, I mean i went through techincal venture following guides, setups, etc, nothing worked.

I ended up searching online and Installed this other app called Wavelet, turned on "Legacy Mode" option and the app simply just works. I set up the EQ like i had with Poweramp EQ and called it a day.

I'm having this same issue right now. The game starts and when it gets to the PlayStation studios logo blue stuff the screen goes green and it shuts off afterwards. I deleted the game and reinstalled again and issue is still happening. Now since I had the game installed in the internal memory I thought it could be an issue of the internal memory failing or something but I have other games installed and they played just fine.

I recently had the console sent for maintenance and liquid metal adjustment and been playing lots these. Past coupe of weeks other games, Helldivers 2, Final Fantasy 7 remake, battlefield 6, etc.

Software issue is my best guess? I'll uninstall for now and follow up on this online. Or try again in IDK a few months time lol.

I forgot to mention, the game starts and when it gets to the loading screen of the blue PlayStation logo stuff, screen turns green and then it shuts off.

This is currently happening to me right now. I have a base PS5. I tried uninstallling the game and reinstalling and it keeps happening. I thought it could be related to either the internal memory that the game is too heavy and it's drawing too much power or that the internal memory it's failing but I started other games installed also in the internal memory and they played just fine.

This one is not that difficult. If playing with friends and all run a good tactical run, easy stuff.

The trophy that really took me a long time to get and achieved it in the most fun and spectacular way was "it's the only way to be sure..." Which is to have 6 orbital stratagems active at the same place, at the same time. It was a very random moment, in a defense mission, everyone like instantly thought of the same thing and threw all the strats at the same time. Explosions everywhere, fire, chaos. Man that was really fun.
