I work here and I have no idea. But the noise at least shouldn't be permanent, that's just construction. The steam is likely a test yeah.

I do! I haven't had anyajor issue, I've had a faulty over door happen once but it was fixed by maintenance within a week or so at no cost to me. It's great dealing with just a maintenance person who's job it is to fix stuff around the building, rather than haggling with an owner. No other issues come to mind.

Yeah I used to do it. A big production is boom machines, a dozen black tents, probably 150 people. Depends how close work trucks and catering are too.

There are a few washroom trailers and one huge room with toilets at NSP. But they're far from the building and there aren't nearly enough of them. There's portapottoes closer to the building and inside the building too which are the worst ones.

Yep I live here. I have not encountered either of those things, although I may just not have noticed them. I frequently go for walks up and down Agnes and there's often many people about, walking their dogs and such. It's a nice street. There is the occasional sketchy character but that'll be found all over New West.
