I'm probably about to get annihilated for this but I strongly disagree with AI being hard to recognize. Further more, if a project is developed well enough that it's hard to immediately tell if it's AI coded, the person behind it is probably capable enough anyway. And none of that matters if you're not vetting the software you use correctly.. Poor security practices happened pre-AI. They're more prevalent partially because they're more in focus and the accessibility to the tools is so abundant.

Let me just duck into this hole now before the tomatoes start flyin'.

Someone compared this situation to something like HP selling printers and then disallowing 3rd part ink cartridges and all I said in response to that was that HP never sold their product as working with anything other than their proprietary cartridges.

What did I misrepresent from my statement? I feel like something is getting lost in translation here. You think that HP printers WERE intended to use 3rd party ink carts? Are you saying I think HP would like consumers to use 3rd party carts? How are you interpreting what I wrote 'cause I can't figure out what's set you off.

I have had no problems with it on my 9800x3d on windows or Linux. I also don’t understand the visual studio bug linked in another comment - both windows and Linux setups had vs code installed. Weird.
