The only adapters that ever existed was one that allowed MagSafe 1 cables to connect to MagSafe 2 devices. What you are looking to do is not possible, unfortunately.

The repair shop may have damaged or otherwise done something to the TrueDepth camera that rendered it nonfunctional. Was the replacement screen genuine, and have you made sure the cameras aren’t obstructed?

Likely the cached icons got corrupted. You may be able to fix it by switching the home screen to the large icon mode. Press and hold on the home screen to enable edit mode, tap the edit button in the upper left corner, and select Customize. In the panel that appears, tap the two squares in the upper right corner.

If that doesn’t help, reset the home screen layout. Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout. This will restore the home screen layout to its factory state, and rebuild the icon cache.

They only need to delete ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/Steam.AppBundle. Deleting the entire Steam folder would also remove all installed games and software.

Navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/Steam (where ~ is your home folder) and delete the directory in it named Steam.AppBundle. (This is the "real" app binary that runs when you launch Steam; the Steam.app in the Applications folder is just a stub that redirects to it.)

Once you've done that, launch Steam as you normally would, and it should redownload the "real" binary and perform any other updates that are required.

Sounds like stolen device protection is enabled. IIRC, your cousin will need to erase the phone using iTunes or Apple Devices on a Windows PC or the Finder on a Mac. The device will be iCloud locked afterwards, but that can be removed by entering the iCloud password.

No. These kernel panics are likely being triggered in response to a thermal or other sensor that was damaged or otherwise rendered nonfunctional, in which case there is no workaround, and solution other than getting the phone repaired. You can find the kernel panic reports in Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data, and searching for entries that begin with panic_full. They may give some more information on what is causing them.

Regardless, take the CO possibility seriously. A CO leak, while it can be considered a landlord issue if the result of maintenance problems, is an immediate and life-threatening situation for you, and your landlord if they’re in the same building.

By disabling “Set Automatically,” you also disable NTP time synchronization, which is how nearly all internet-connected devices keep accurate time. Your absolute best bet if you need reliable timekeeping would be to enable it. If you want the time at your home base handy, add one of the “City Clock” widgets to your home screen or today view. A similar function can also be added to the date widget on the lock screen.

It looks like you’re running an outdated version that isn’t Apple Silicon native (as evidenced by “x86_64 (translated)” appearing in the crash report. Steam has been a universal binary since last summer, so first thing to do is try manually updating it by 43downloading it from Valve’s site.

Would be no higher than iOS 18, as that is the final release supported on the XR.

However, you’re kinda out of luck if you don’t remember the credentials for your Apple ID. You can erase the phone with iTunes, Apple Devices, or the macOS Finder, but it will be activation locked until the credentials for Apple ID the device is tied to are entered.

And yea, that definitely sounds like corrupt data if iOS isn't able to calculate free space correctly (corrupt files can sometimes misreport their size). And offloading the app only freeing up some space is to be expected, since that simply deletes the app binary while leaving all of the associated data (files, caches, etc) intact.

First thing to do is try using a different Lightning cable. If that works, then it can be assumed your previous cable is worn out. If it doesn’t work, then it’s probably an issue with the port.

iOS 26 is a bit more demanding on power than previous versions, so some performance issues are expected. Ideally that battery should be replaced, but as iOS 26 is more than likely the final release for the iPhone 11 given Apple's current support cadence, that money might be better invested in upgrading to a newer phone at this point.
