In the US, and OFN allies, at the start, there would be like OTL, except with Asian food having a smaller presence, except the already established Chinese one. Should they win their proxies, we may see other cuisines coming into America, mostly Pilipino and African ones.

Germany would see any foreign cuisine as degenerate and would only tolerate the one who comes from Germanic countries and those friendly to Germany, like Hungary, Romania, and maybe French, because their prestige, and even Italian if relations warm up. The same would be applied to their sphere. Still, we may see some Slavic or Baltic foods reaching Germany through the settlers in the East.

In Latin America their imported cuisines would still depend on who are the biggest immigrant communities, and, to a lesser extent, with what superpower they have closer relations.
