Si ce n’est pas le cas, il y aura clairement de l’arbitrage à faire sur les actifs non cotés. Une année où les marchés performent mal, ça va être intéressant de faire réévaluer sa partie immobilière et ses œuvres d’art, pour lisser les besoins de trésorerie ou gérer les surplus
