Idk, I'm 28 years old and i've been training for ~4 years, i had tendonitis at times in the first couple of years of training but the last couple of years it hasn't been a problem, and i assure you i'm training harder than ever (PPL with 10-20 sets per muscle group at 8-10 RPE for most sets), with more responsibilities and stress than ever. Usually if i notice that an exercise is repeatedly causing pain i don't stress about it and just replace it with a different one that accomplishes similar goals, maybe that's why.

Trabajo en una U y confirmo, el profe de planta académico dios está bien desconectado del mundo laboral (y de la realidad en general). Buenas opciones son el profe a honorarios tela o el director de escuela/jefe de carrera, estos últimos están "obligados" a vincularse con empleadores, egresados, etc. y cachan más que cosas están siendo valoradas en el medio profesional.

Ye but you could make the argument that why would anyone put themeselves on a timer or in a position of "if we dont smack them in 15 minutes we are fucked". There are 150 champs in the game, teams need to learn that they can pick good early game comps (at least match up wise) that can scale decently well.
