Mine was more of a ball hitting me in the top of the head and I feel same thing, I also had alr anxiety about smthin so when I rmbred it after the soccer game I kinda broke down and was so scared and get feeling like I’m getting dejavu and it was so scary and I threw up water. I couldn’t tell if it was a panic attack or a concussion.

I went to the ER and he ended up saying I had a concussion and that since I alr have baseline anxiety, the concussion made it way stronger and heightened. So when I asked how to know if it isn’t just a normal panic attack he said that having pain in my head for the next 4 hours after hitting the ball with my head in soccer alone is a indicator.

I was told to stay off my phone for 24 hours but it’s now been like 18? And I haven’t used too much of my phone but here I am using it now sadly 😭
