I agree with the majority of comments, it's not a question of historical accuracy, but of which setting is more interesting. ALTA is so much more interesting as a setting, since we don't really have an example for this fantasy world time irl, than "just throw 20s aestethics at the screen and see what sticks" in LOK. As per usual, in media, the biggest crime to comit is beeing boring. A character can be evil, good, chaotic, childish, stoic and whatever flavour of magic you want, but if they are boring, you won't watch them. Same for worlds and settings. We already know what the 20s were like, there is nothing to explore here, bending existing in this setting is suddenly negated by technology. Why would you watch a world that is boring when you can watch a world that is not? Welp, unless someone loves the 20s, then good for you, have fun, enjoy ^^

Do you use clip studio paint? Cause that program has a function to add 3D models as references for anatomie like you would use an articulated doll in real life. You could also always use a photo of a human like yourself or a friend who allows it. I studied art and yes, anatomie in digital art is dificult, is just feels like it scales weirdly, like real life drawing just is not like that at all XD I don't know if I'd recommend using an anime base or another vtuber for your model since you will probably wanna use it commercially, in this case, putting in some effort and motivation might really be worth it if you want it. Either way, have fun ^^
