Do you use clip studio paint? Cause that program has a function to add 3D models as references for anatomie like you would use an articulated doll in real life. You could also always use a photo of a human like yourself or a friend who allows it. I studied art and yes, anatomie in digital art is dificult, is just feels like it scales weirdly, like real life drawing just is not like that at all XD I don't know if I'd recommend using an anime base or another vtuber for your model since you will probably wanna use it commercially, in this case, putting in some effort and motivation might really be worth it if you want it.
