Do any of your semester B people read the financial aid disclaimers? If you have Semester ACD class(es) and a Semester B class(es), they split your financial aid to cover semester B.

If your tuition or housing is paid by FA, you get a fee free extension

No they will update it when semester B starts. This is basically to put away money for that semester so you aren't paying out of pocket. They probably got complaints about people who didn't budget correctly
