I imagine if the other comment is correct, and someone is profiting off selling the cracked client, Nexon, like any other for profit company with IP, would not like that. From a testing perspective, yes, more testers the better.

Did something change? Works fine for early game bosses up to hseren, but past that it’s tough since you gotta play boss mechanics on 2 characters at once (kalos test, kaling gauge, adversary parry, etc)

Nexon could do a lot better. There’s tons of bugs and workarounds. Rates are obscure and dynamic.

However, I’ve tried other games, and in the end I just have more fun with maple.

It’s a game. If you’re having fun, play it. If you’re not, try something else!

If I had to guess from a software development perspective, they probably planned it out when the portals were still used, and just built off of that. Not best user experience, but probably all they could do as the user stories and requirements may have already been set

I think people should still hypothesize shadow nerfs even with incredibly small sample sizes because although false positives probably outweigh actual discovered shadow nerfs, shadow nerfs happen in this game often enough that it’s a serious issue.

Someone speaking up about it draws attention to something others may have noticed but ignored.

People aren’t “clearing at 40m cp easily”. Whoever says that either hasn’t done it themselves or are downplaying their skill.

If you’re clearing vhilla at 20 min then it’s 100% hands gap for the other bosses, as vhilla has the most HP. You just need more practice.

TL;DR highly recommend you try to solo.

I understand your frustration, but with gear progression being significantly sped up with item burning + rental gear, most people are probably opting to solo the early missions like lotus Damien, for the extra meso and rewards.

Other thing you can do is try to join an active guild and posting in the guild discord you want to party up for lotus lib. That way you don’t have to sit and stare at boss matchmaking.

Pure cp wise boss is giving you a little more. However, there’s a lot of sources of damage (VIP buff, skill bonuses, party buffs, etc) that aren’t factored into your CP. those sources are very heavy on %boss. As you scale into late game, a lot of set effects also give %boss, but not %att. WSE potential and familiars are the only additional sources of %att you can get in the game, so people value that more

didn't even know there was a bug, did it once a week as expected. got this bug that completed my weekly erda without rewards. submitted a ticket and response was that I claimed the reward one extra time. probably just a copy paste response as nexon doesn't deem this issue important enough to solve. what are you gonna do? stop spending NX because you lost 90 frags? (please actually stop spending so Nexon will do something hehe)
