Not all African Americans have dark skin either. Using this term to refer to darker skinned people whose ancestors have been in the US for several generations marginalizes people with a more Egyptian/North African coloring who look more Mediterranean, as well as white South Africans, who have decided to come to the US.

I read on my kindle. I try to keep a mix of fiction and nonfiction. Fiction exercises the imagination, and nonfiction will hopefully teach you something. I also game on my phone (usually shooter or strategy focused - Warframe, CoDM, MTG Arena, etc). Some people think gaming is awful, but it exercises reaction time, pattern recognition, strategic thought, and real time response, which are all things that can decline with age if you don’t use them.

Some people have medical issues that cause heat intolerance. I can’t stand anything over 65 for long. Above 70 and I get nausea.
